Before you do anything - wait 10 mins and try to rejoin. Update PunkBuster with PBSetup.exe: http://websec.evenbalance.com/downloader/download.php?file=1

For the Ban reason post the reason posted in this file on your PC: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142\pb\pbcl.log for what you where kicked for.
